This pass can be used only be used at one of the selected times below:

Strength Training Tuesdays! Join us every Tuesday morning for an energizing and motivating group workout session. We will guide you through a variety of exercises to help you build strength and improve your overall fitness.

Tone it Up Thursdays! Get ready to sweat and burn those calories with our high-intensity interval training sessions. Join us online for a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.

  • Every Thursday at 6-7 AM EST

Stretch & Sweat Saturdays! Join us online every Saturday morning and afternoon for a rejuvenating stretch and core workout session. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn as we guide you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen your core and increase flexibility.

  • Every Saturday at 9-10AM EST
