Should I consult with a physician before I start my fitness coaching program?

Yes! We always encourage all of our clients to consult with a physician to ensure that you are healthy to begin your fitness journey. You can also fill out this Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to gauge you readiness before or after speaking to your doctor.

Where do I find time? I can't give up any of my obligations.

Believe it or not but this is one of the biggest barrier we face with trying to prioritize fitness and physical activity in our lives. The advantage with Fitness with Dinach is we meet you exactly where you are (home) with you you have (your body). We will work together to get creative to find time in your busy schedule to prioritize a workout!

I pay for a local gym. Why would I need Fitness with Dinach?

A few questions for you. How often do you go? Are you holding yourself accountable? Are you getting the results you want mentally & physically? Lastly, have you done the cost & benefit analysis?

What is the difference between Personal Training and Fitness Coaching?

Both fall under the Fitness Professionals umbrella. However, a Fitness Coach is SMART focused and will help you develop healthy habits and find ways sustain these habits. Fitness coaching focuses on development. We actively listen and ask those hard questions to uncover blockers to help you achieve your goals. Fitness Coaching is more than a workout plan and aesthetics. Just like your favorite winning Team has a great coach, we’ll coach you to win as well.

Why should I work with Fitness with Dinach over going to the gym?

Who is keeping you motivated and accountable and who doesn’t want to spend more time at home? Get the results you want, and save the additional time commuting to the gym and leverage that as part of your workout. Fitness with Dinach will help you get creative and fit where you are (at home) with what you have (your body) or need (basic home workout equipment).

We’ll help you identify areas or space in your home where you can work out. Good weather in your backyard works too!

How interactive can you be online?

COVID-19 taught us that most things can be done virtually. Form is important. Be ready for a lot of demonstrations and feedback during our sessions. As your online Fitness Coach, we will meet upon an agreed schedule that works. Aside from our regular Fitness Coaching and training sessions, we will also check in daily and weekly and have monthly assessments to gauge progress and adjust, if necessary.

Being fit is a no brainer. I know what I need to do. I can’t seem to keep the habit though. How can a fitness coach help me?

You’ve come to the right place. We all know what we should and should not be doing. Sometimes the demands of life are our worst enemy. We’ll help you think differently and prioritize your time aka getting creative.

Will my Fitness Coach provide me the tools and resources to help my goals?

Yes! The first step is to schedule some time so we can get to know you through a FREE intake session. From there, we will develop your Personalized Fitness Coaching Plan & Habit Tracker. All of this includes workout training sessions, daily & weekly interactions and monthly assessments & reporting. Check out our service page for more info.

My Significant other, friend, or family member wants to be part of my new fitness journey, can they join a session?

Yes, of course! We get creative with Fitness Coaching. Each Member or Client gets one free guest session per month. You also earn rewards for referring and inviting others!

I can’t make a Coaching session. Can I reschedule?

Yes of course! We want you to succeed and attending every coaching and training session is a key to that success. For that reason, one cancellation is allowed per month. We will work with you to reschedule. We understand things happen and life can be pretty unpredictable. If training/coaching sessions need to be canceled, please give us 24 hours or as much notice as possible.

Emergencies are inevitable so we understand. Reach out as soon as you can and let us know and we will work something out.

I don’t have equipment. What do I need to purchase?

Our philosophy is to use what you already have at home. We’ll start with your own bodyweight. You can rent from me (if local to New England). If you need to buy item, we can guide you on what you will need.

I want to get six pack abs, huge biceps and a big butt ASAP. Can you help?

Remember be SMART! I can help you build good fitness & physical activity habits and provide a plan to keep you on track, but we have to start with SMART goals. Find out more about SMART goals above under Packages and Services Details.

I want to be a bodybuilder. Can you help?

Our expertise is to help you get started and build sustainable healthy fitness habits. We can get you started on with the basic and then guide you to the right resources for that body building competition!

Can I earn rewards by signing up for Fitness Coaching or Group Fitness Class?

Yes! You can earn points by sending referrals our way (including gift certificates), and by bringing 1 guest per month. you can then redeem these points towards merchandise from our Shop!

I'm not ready for personal fitness coaching. Do you offer group fitness options online?

Yes! Try our online group fitness classes for FREE for one week and go from there. Check out our flexible options here!

If I sign up for a FREE week of group fitness, do I need to complete it within that first week?

Each guest is entitled to 1 Tuesday, 1 Thursday and 1 Saturday group session (total of 3 sessions) and must be completed within 1 week of signing up. No carryover. Sign up today.

I purchased a monthly group fitness class and can't make a class, need a refund or have an emergency. What do I do?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your fitness schedule. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while keeping our classes running smoothly.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Before the 1st Class of the Month: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the first class.

  • After the 1st Class but Before the 2nd Class: 50% refund or a credit toward next month’s membership.

  • After the 2nd Class: No refunds, but you may transfer your spot to another person or receive a class credit (if applicable).

Missed Classes & Make-Ups:

  • No refunds for missed classes, but you may attend a make-up session (if available) within the same month.

  • If the instructor cancels a class, a make-up session will be offered or a prorated credit will be applied to the next month.

Medical or Emergency Refunds:

  • If you are unable to continue due to a medical emergency, you may request a prorated refund or class credit.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Send an email to operations@fitnesswithdinach.com with your name, reason for the refund, and any supporting details. Or you can contact us!

Can I get a refund on my Daily Group Fitness pass?

Refunds will be honored if contact at least 24 hours before class. No refunds for no shows. Please contact us if you need a refund.

I have a monthly AM or PM Group Fitness pass. Can I attend a session in the AM or PM?

Yes, but please contact us to ensure you receive the proper meeting info.

Does my monthly Group Fitness Pass automatically renew each month?

No, you have to purchase a new pass each month. We will send out a new meeting invite for upcoming month upon receiving payment. Invite will be sent out Sunday or Monday ahead of the first Tuesday class of the new month.
